These terms apply to orders placed through the Boulevardens Blomster website. They are a practical baseline for the site and should be reviewed with the business' legal adviser before final production use.

Prices and payment

Prices on the company order page are shown in DKK excluding VAT. VAT is added during checkout and is included in the final amount before payment is completed.

Online payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout, including card payments and MobilePay.

If you choose Invoice, Boulevardens Blomster receives the order immediately and sends the invoice manually afterwards.

Order confirmation

After submitting an order through the website, you receive an automatic acknowledgement by email. Online orders are considered completed when payment has been approved. Invoice orders are considered received when Boulevardens Blomster has sent an acknowledgement and later issues the invoice manually.

Delivery

Delivery is made based on the information entered in the order form. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact details and preferred delivery time are correct.

Free delivery and flower card text only apply to businesses and employees in Taastrup municipality within the time window stated on the order page.

Cancellation and complaints

Flowers are perishable goods, and many orders are arranged for a specific occasion. For that reason, a standard 14-day withdrawal right should not generally be expected for these deliveries.

Liability

Boulevardens Blomster cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information from the customer, conditions at the recipient location or circumstances outside the business' reasonable control.

Information submitted through contact forms and orders is processed in accordance with the business' privacy policy.
